About Airport Zone Screen

You can access the Airport Zone screen by clicking Pricing > Airport Zone.

Table 1. Airport Zone Screen Fields and Action Buttons
Field	Description
For Carrier (Optional)	The carrier where this Airport zone applies. The entered carrier needs to match the carrier entered in Zone Code. You can retrieve available carrier codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Carriers screen.
Area (Optional)	The area where this Airport zone applies. The entered area needs to match the area entered in Zone Code. You can retrieve available area codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Areas screen.
Zone Code	The zone code of the airport zone. You can retrieve available Zone codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Zones screen.
Airport Code	The airport to be included in the airport zone. You can retrieve available airport codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Airports screen.
Airport Zones for Reports	By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Airport Report Zones screen.
Include in Price Sheet	When selected, the Airport is displayed as one of the Zone airports in the Price sheet.
For all Country Airports	When selected, the Airport Zone is applied to all airports of a specific country.
For all State Airports	When selected, the Airport Zone is applied to all airports of a specific state.
