Creating a Zone Code Record

Zone codes can be created and modified in the Zones screen. The Zones screen can be accessed by clicking Zone Code in the Airport Zones screen.

1. Navigate to the Zones screen:
   1. Navigate to the Airport Zones screen. You can do this by clicking Pricing > Airport Zone.
   2. In the Airport Zones screen, click Zone Code.
2. In the Zones screen, click Add (Ins) or press Insert.
3. Enter the zone details in the corresponding fields.
   1. Enter the Zone Code.
   2. Enter a description for the Zone code in Zone Desc.
   3. Optionally, you can associate the zone code with a particular carrier or area by entering a value in the For Carrier (Optional) and Area (Optional) fields.
4. Click OK.

The Zone code is added to the system. You then need to manually associate the airports you want to include in the created Zone Code by creating Airport Zone records. The created Zone code can be entered or retrieved from the database when populating the Zone Code field.
