Associating Airport Codes to an Airport Zone

Airport zones are used to create prices for a group of airports instead of creating multiple price records for different airports.

1. Navigate to the Airport Zones screen. You can do this by clicking Pricing > Airport Zone.
2. In the Airport Zones screen, click Add (Ins) or press Insert.
3. Enter the airport zone details in the corresponding fields. You can also press Ctrl + Insert to copy insert a new record which matches the information of the selected record. Use this to create a new record with minor changes on the detailed information.

   Field	Description
   For Carrier (Optional)	The carrier where this Airport zone applies. The entered carrier needs to match the carrier entered in Zone Code. You can retrieve available carrier codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Carriers screen.
   Area (Optional)	The area where this Airport zone applies. The entered area needs to match the area entered in Zone Code. You can retrieve available area codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Areas screen.
   Zone Code	The zone code of the airport zone. You can create a zone code in the Zones screen by clicking Zone Code. You can retrieve available zone codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then click Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held.
   Airport Code	The airport to be included in the airport zone.
   Include in Price Sheet	When selected, the Airport is displayed as one of the Zone airports in the Price sheet.
   For all Country Airports	When selected, the Airport Zone is applied to all airports of a specific country.
   For all State Airports	When selected, the Airport Zone is applied to all airports of a specific state.

4. Click OK.
